Josie Maran Coconut Watercolour Cheek Gelée in Poppy Paradise

When the lovely Ellie told me that she was going to America and asked me whether I wanted her to get me anything my beauty blogger mind went crazy. I wanted everything. Somehow, out of nowhere I managed to stay restrained and ask her to pick me up the one thing that has been on my wishlist ever since I saw the lovely Estée rave about it. The ever so dreamy Josie Maran Coconut Watercolour Cheek Gelée in Poppy Paradise, a warm toned hot pink gel blusher, was the only product I decided I needed. A gel texture works so well with my skin and I just new that this would be perfect for me and boy was I right. The colour looks super intense but actually it is so subtle and I love that about it. I hate an over done blush look and so this couldn't be better for that reason. It is super hydrating and really easy to apply. I literally just dab it on with my finger and blend and that's it. Super easy and super beautiful, my kind of beauty regime!

What would be on your American Beauty Wishlist?

  2. At the moment I'm in negotiations to get hold of the Lorac Pro Palette!! I love going to the US to pick up beauty bits and I think one of the excitements about heading there in April is that I'm starting to plan what to buy!!

I did pick this up when I was in Sephora last October but ended up putting it back down again… now I wish I hadn't!!

  3. that looks lovely. I did not know that Josie maran had makeup too. I just started using the cleansing oil and really like it. Like you, I am more into subtle blushes. I might have to check this out.

  4. This looks so smooth and creamy. How is the pigmentation? It almost looks like a lip balm/tint.
